As with any deals of this nature there are some terms and conditions, which you agree to in the purchase of any or all of the above offers:

1. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer-whether it be from Pilates Performance or a third party

2. Max of 2 packs per person

3. Classes must be used within a 3 month period from time of purchase, whether 1 or 2 packs purchased. there are no exceptions to this. Any unused classes will be lost after 3 months

4. Discounted or Promotional packs may not be “frozen” or put “on hold” for any reason.
