Choose your Class Level

Beginners: We recommend that you do at least one beginners class, whether you have done Pilates before or not, to ensure that you learn Pilates fundamentals and how to use the Reformer

Beginners Level 1: This level is suitable for new comers to Pilates or those new to the reformer.

Intermediate Level 2: This level is suitable if you have completed 14+ hours.

Advanced Level 3: This level is suitable if you have completed 6+ months.

Mixed Level: This is suitable for everybody however, it is advised that you do a few Level 1 classes first to ensure flow in the mixed class.
