Pregnancy Pilates Classes at our Dublin Studio.

Antenatal (Pregnancy) Pilates is the modified principles of regular Pilates exercises specifically designed for pregnancy. Each exercise is designed taking into account pregnancy related body changes, from your growing belly to the extra hormones and changes that are happening within the body. The classes also teach the correct technique for pelvic floor exercises.
