Customer Class Cancellation Policy
Pilates Performance operates a minimum 4 hour cancellation policy to ensure that all of our clients have fair access to scheduled classes.
The minimum cancellation “window” is 4 hours before the start of your class. Classes booked (via on-line, by phone or at Reception) which are not cancelled outside of this time frame for whatever reason will result in a “late cancellation” on your account, which will automatically delete the class from your account or package. This applies whether you have a Membership with restricted weekly use or a Package of classes.
Similarly, if you book a class(be it via Website, at Reception or by phone) and do not turn up to take the class your account will be marked “absent” and you will lose the class from your account. Classes which are booked and cancelled (for whatever reason) before the 12 hour window will show as “early cancellation” on your account but you will not lose the class.
Pricing Option Expiration
Please be aware that (except where stated differently) most of our class packages have a 6 month expiration date, i.e. you must use the full compliment of classes you have purchased within this time-frame or you will lose the balance of unused classes. Please be advised that this is strictly enforced at all times to ensure the flexibility in adding new classes and courses from time to time for all clients to benefit from without the business being liable for any unused classes which may exist on client accounts.
“Freezing” Accounts on putting Accounts “on hold”
In general terms we do not allow for the “freezing” or putting “on hold” of classes, packages or memberships.
Under certain circumstances where an injury prevents clients from using their classes, we shall review this condition at our discretion.
Transferring or sharing classes or packs
Packages of classes or classes within any of our packs that are purchased are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties or other existing clients.
