I have attended many of the educational courses led by Sarah MacLachlann & I would totally recommend any Pilates Instructor to do the same. The courses broadened & deepened my knowledge of the Pilates Method. Sarah’s intuitive approach & years of experience promotes the practitioner to feel & work mindfully through the Pilates repertoire. These courses are a must for any budding Pilates Instructor

I knew that I could teach as I was a Ski Instructor on the dry slope in Kilternan Co Dublin. When the opportunity arose for a career change I decided to take the Pilates path. Who better to learn from that a Master. Which is why I selected PPI in Rathfarnham for my education after much research. Sarah MacLachlann 2nd generation Pilates Master/educator is known in the trade as the teachers teacher. My mentorship started in September 2014. The course is intensive but very enjoyable. You learn the Principles of Pilates and how to do all the exercises, through the complete modules from Mat, Reformer, Trap Table to wunda chair & barrels. The manuals for each module became my bibles. The Studio became my second home! Once I had completed my instructor requirement hours in Mat, I started to teach Mat classes in the Studio. Followed closely by reformer. I was earning and learning at the same time. Pilates has become a way of life and a career.

I have practised Pilates in various locations for ten years. However, it wasn’t until I came to Pilates Performance that I began to understand the principles of real Pilates. The instructors are excellent and have a wealth of knowledge. That led me to begin the mentorship with Sarah. It was a great challenge! I’m now enjoying teaching classes and working on learning more.
